Clients are monitored with the greatest of care and are encouraged to exercise at their own individual level of capability.

Body Control Pilates for Pregnancy classes consist of controlled muscle strengthening and stretching exercises which focus on building core stability throughout the body, without the risk of strain or injury.

All instructors are comprehensively qualified, and overseen by the queen of Pregnancy Pilates, Astrid Haupt.
